RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

James "Wilkie and Co. v. Henry Gess Harto.— Claim Ll 'J.s Cd, for goods supplied.—Evidence having been given by Thomas Barmby, who stated that the plaintiffs intended to give the defendant credit for Ll 17s, judgment was given for L2 2s Gd and costs.

AVilliam Brown (liquidator of the Crccsus Consolidated (luartz Stining Company, Limited) v. Edward O'Neill (Palmerston).—Claim LlO 7s Id, for calls due—Blr Hosking appeared for tho plaintiff company, and Blr Hanlon for the defendant —Blr Hanlon stated that his client, who resided at Ophir, admitted the debt, and was willing to pay it off by weekly instalments of ss. —Judgment was given for plaintiffs for the amount claimed, with costs, the debt to be paid by instalments of 5s a week.

Same v. Robert Farquharson (Lawrence) — Claim Ll?, Gs Jld, for calls due.—Blr Hosking appeared for the plaintiff company.—After evidence had been given on behalf of the company, judgment was given for the amount claimed, with costs.

Same v AVilliam Hendrickson (Nasebv) — Claim L9 13s Id, for calls due.—Blr Hosking appeared for the plaintiff company.—Judgment was given for the amount claimed, with costs, in the absence of the defendant.

Same v. Muugo AVilliainson (Kyeburn).—Claim LG 3s O'd, for calls due.—Blr Hoskiiijf appeared for tho plaintilf compauy.—There was no appearance of the defendant, and judgment was given for the amount claimed, with costs.

Same v. Thomas Gilchrist (Hyde).—Claim L8 4s Bd, for calls due.—Blr Hosking appeared for the plaintiff company, for whom judgment was given, in the absence of the defendant.

Same v. Patrick Talty (Nenthorn).—Claim Lt 8s 2d. for calls due. —Judgment was given for the plaintiff company for the amount claimed, with Costs.
