(Peh United Pbess Association.; Auckland, September 29. The report and balance sheet of the South British Insurance Company for the year ended 31st August shows a profit of L 25,189, which, added to the balance brought forward from last year of L 8199. leaves L 33.388 at the credit of the profit and loss account The directors have transferred L 20.000 to the reserve fund, and recommend the payment of a dividend for the half-year just ended at the rate of 10 per cent, per annum.
