ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.

Napier, February 10. Mrs de Lisle, wife of Dr de Lisle, had an apoplectic seizure to-day, and died without recovering consciousness.
m c • New Plym°uth, February 10. Mr C. Smith, of Wellington,^ has identified several of the articles found on the body of Mr Southwood, who was lost on Mount Egmont Amongst other things found on the deceased were 10 LI notes, a sovereign, four halfsovereigns, half-a-crown, a farthing,.a quarteranna, a railway time table, and a railway return ticket to Palmerston North.
• Ti.- 1.1-' Wellington, February 10. It is believed that Thomas Spruges, aged 18, a native of Christchurch, has. been drowned in the Tiraumea river, in the Eketahuna district. He left the station on the 6th for Woodlands and was to call at the Waterfalls, but nothing more has been heard of him. His dog was found on the river bank.
