The Land Board met hero to-day to inquire into a casa of alleged dummyism, into which tho Waste Lands Committee hold an inquiry during the session. Immediately the members of the board took their seats a. Supreme Court writ sf prohibition was 6erved on them, at the instance of Joseph Lowry, and the chairman anuouueed that in consequence thty could not hold the inquiry.
