I. Isaacs v. Jos. G. Scoullar.—Olaim £5 sa, on a judgment summons.—Defendant did not appear, and after plaintiff had given ovidence an order was made for payment of tho amount uu or before Friday ; in default, seven days' imprisonment. J. Barr v. H. Box.—Claim £2 14s, on a judgment summons.—Mr Solomon Hppeared for plaintiff. Defendant did not appear. — Hia Worship made nn order for payment of the amount by two fortnlghtlv itistalmouls ot £1 7s each; in default, four days'lmprisonment. Ch-orge Septimus Brodrick v. Walter Ilislop.— Clnlm £50, money paid as deposit on Mm sale of shares.—On account of tho case of Hitchcock v. Samson and Low coming on and occupy ing the court all day, an adjournment wa3 applied for in this I case till Friday. TUe adjournment was grauted.
