St. James was scratched last evening for the Anniversary and Cliffs Handicaps at the D.J.C. Anniversary meeting on Saturday. Don Cresar was scratched at 4 p.m. for all engagements at the meeting. Britannia aud Princes 3 Royal have been scratched for the Three-mile Trot.
A London cablegram states that for the University Boat Race the betting is 1 to 4 on Oxfcrd.
