DRAUGHTS CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT.

A draughts tournament to decide the championship of Australasia and tho South Seas was commenced at Dunedin on tne January 22, and was concluded on January 28. Mr IVurnock represented New South Wales, Mr Reid South Australia, Mr Gray and Mr Smith Victoria; the other players beiug New Zealauders, mostly Otago men.
