W. Hickenbotham has returned to Flemington from Caulfield with Carbine and Moorebank, the latter having been purchased by Mr E. G. Brodribb.
Neither. Abercorn nor. Dreadnought pleased the touts this morning, as both-horses grunted terribly; The best work was,put in by Loyal Stone, Richelieu, and Carrington. ' "

- At Flemington this morning Richelieu did a mile in Imin4Bisec. Carrington was sent over a mile and a-quarter, which he accomplished in 2min , 17£ sec. : Melos* had a» mite' and a-half gallop, cutting out the last sixlurlongs in lmin 29sec. The Nordenfeldt-Pulohra colt did half a mile in 52Jsec. Correz and Laughter took a Bhade longer for the same distance^ At Caulfield, Manton and Ahtsaus did a great gallop for a mile and three-quarters, which they covered in 3min 15seo. . ■■■•-..>
