THtrBSDAT, Jniy 25. : (Before Messrs E. Hayfand H. Wilson, J.P's. E. Hudson v. W. O. Braddock.—Claim £6 4s 3d, for goods supplied.—The defendant did not appear, and judgment was given for the amount claimed, with costs.
Official Assignee (in the estate of Robert Craig) v. W. Finlayson.—Claim £20 12a 9d, on a judgment summons.—Mr W. Maogregor appeared, for .the plaintiff.—The defendant stated that he was willing to pay SH& month.—An order was mace accordingly; in default seven days'imprisonment.
