\ Berlin, May 15. (Eeceived May 16, at 2 p.m.) Delegates from the miners out on strike had a 10 minutes interview with the Emperor William, and asked him to inquire into their case. The Emperor replied that he had already made inquiry, and warned them that he intended to employ all his powers, to repress Socialist agitations or intrigues. Even if strikes were Deaceably conducted they entailed a daily loss to capital of one million marks.
