He swore that the Land and National League, the Fenian organisa- ' tion, and the Invincibles were afliliate'd. He was not aware of the existence of the TimesParnell Commission untilhe was summoned as a witness. His age was 35, and he admitted having served five years for robbery before receiving his present sentence, and "that his brother had been hanged.
