THE TIMES-PARNELL COMMISSION.

(Received January 19, at 2.10 a.m.) Before the Times - Parnell Commission Delaney, the convict, was cross-examined by Sir Charles Russell. His evidence given in his examination in chief as to Michael Davitt and J. Biggar being present at a meeting of the Land League and Fenians was not shaken. He swore that the Land and National League, the Fenian organisa- ' tion, and the Invincibles were afliliate'd. He was not aware of the existence of the TimesParnell Commission untilhe was summoned as a witness. His age was 35, and he admitted having served five years for robbery before receiving his present sentence, and "that his brother had been hanged.
Sales of copies of the articles published by The Times, " Pamellisrn and Crime," are prohibited by the commission."
