PROPERTY SALE.
Mr D. M. Spedding reports having 6old yesterday allotments 1 aitd 2, block IX, township of St. Clair, with buildings and improvements thereon, for the sum of £1175 cash, Mr W. A. Walton being the purchaser; also, pare of allotments 2 and 8, block I, township of Wa'.tham Rise, for tho sum of £330 cash, Dr Martin being the purchaser; and sections 0, 7. 12, and 13, Elueskin, to Mr Rend, for £125. There was a fair attendance at the rooms of the Perpetual Trustees. Kstate, nnd Agency Company yesterday, when section 47, block VII, was offered for 6ale. Biddings started at £100 and reached to £640, when it was withdrawn.
