(Before Messrs W. Hutchison and W Isaac J.P's.) A Juvenile Offendeh—James Hall a boy, was charged with stealing a clock and other articles of the value of 12s, the property of Mr \\. C. Davey, from tho premises recently on fire in George street—He was convicted and ordered to come up for senteuce when called upon. Larceny as a Bailee—Mary Harris was charged with taking and converting to her own use certain go.*)ds and chattels, valued at £3 17 3 6d, thu property of James Freeman, of which goods she was the bailee—The prosecutor did not appear, and the case was dismissed.
