KKGULATIONS and BYE-LAWS for YEAR 1886 for that part of Duneilin Hundred known as BLOCK V, NORTH HAIiBOUR and BLUISSKIN DISTRICT !- 1. Holders of Depasturing Licenses for Town Sections within the Hundred may nor, run more than One Head of Great Cattle unless by authority of Rangers. 2. Holders of Depasturing Licenses for Rural Lands may run One Head of Great Cattle only fur every 10 Acres or part of 10 Acrea owned or occupied within the portion of Hundred mentio .ed above, unless otherwise authorised by the Rangers. 3. If it shall appear to the Rangers that any v;cious or dangerous Cattle are running on the laud referred to they may piohibit such animals running thereon, and any person suffering such cal tic to run thereon shall be liable to a penalty not i xceeding £d. 4. No Entire Animal over the age of six months shall be depnstured without the cmsent of the Rangers, and anyone d- pasturing such' without such consent shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding £5. 5. Any animal dying on the land referred to must be removed or buried by the owner within three days alter eaid owner has received notice so to do, otherwise he shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding £5. 6. No person shall put Stouic on the land referred to nor remove Stock therefrom without first havinggiven the Rangers three c.ear days' notice and having procm-e.i permission to do so ; and auy person violating this Bye-law shall be subject to a'pcnalty not exceeding £•'. 7. All authorities given nuder these Bye-laws must be in writing. 8. All or any of the acts authorised by these Byelaws may ba done by auy Ranger appointed by the Land Board.
