THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OVERTHROWN.

fKtur..vcd August as, at 1 p.m.) The Provisional Government; which was formed at Sofia by M. Zankoff on the deposition of Prince Alexander lias been overthrown, and M. Zankoff and those who aided him in forming the Government have been arrested. MYSTJ3KIOUS DISAPJ'EAKANOK OF PRINCE ALEXANDER. Constantinople, August. 25. (liixivivixl AiiKiivt 20. at a p.m.) It is reported here that. Prince Alexander lias- been landed at Bessarabia, on the northern shore of the Black Sea. (ltet:t!ivcil August 2H. lit. 1(1 p.m.) Prince Alexander is reported to have arrived at Rene (Moldavia) on the Danube, and to have proceeded thence towards the Austrian frontier.
(Received .-.ngiist 27. at 0.10 a.m.) No definite information hns been received us to the movements of Prince Alexander, and his whereabouts are involved in complete mystery. MARTIAL LAW PROCLAIMED. M. Stambouloft', who formed tho second Provisional Government for Bulgaria, at Tiriiova, has issued a proclamation announcing the establishment of martini law, and Genoral Murkatoffi has been appointed Commander of the Army witli full powers.
(Special to Piiess Association.) London, August 25. (Itcceivcl August 26. at ] 1 45 a.m.) It is impossible to obtain reliable news from Bulgaria. Tho telegraph wires have been cut and all travellers are stopped. The bulk of the troops and the people are aow siding with Prince Alexander. The Hungarian Government (? people) are curious at the treachery of Russia.
August 26. (Received August 28, at 10.50 p m.) It is variously reported that Prince Alexander of Bulgaria is proceeding to St. Petersburg, Sistova, and Darmstadt. Tho Black Sea fleet is equipping, and the Russian Ministers of War and Marine have recalled all officers on leave to their posts.
