Wednesday, May 27. (Before Messrs J, Logan, W. Hutchison, and J. Elmer, Justices.) Drunkenness,—Six offenders were convicted and fined. Larobni as a Bailee.—Robert Goodisou waa oharged on tho information of John Flaisted for that on 23rd May, 1885, being the bailee of three horses, he did steal the same.—Mr Fraser appeared for proaeoutor, and Mr M'Keay tot' accused.
