Judgment was given for plaintiffs, with coats, in the following undofonded cases :—Dunedin Iron and Wondware Company v. T. T. Herbert, claim £10 Ws Od, for Roods supplied; sama v, H. If. J, Edmonds, £3 10i 3d, for goods suppliod; H. Goio v. W. Holland, £1 7s, for coal supplied (Sir Mouat appeared for plaintiff) ; eame v. J. M'lntosh, £1, for conl pupplied; E. A. Field v. H. Benzloy, fill In 7d, for goods supplied (Mr Sinclair appeared for plaintiff). J. Barr v. F. Wray.—Claim £4 lGs, for a horso sold and delivered.—After evidence, judgment was given for plaintiff for the amount claimed, with oosts. Cutten and Co, v. O. Clark.—Claim £3 19s 3d, for a cast-iron propeller supplied for a steam launch.—Mr Cook appeared for the plaintiffs; Mr Sim forldofendant.—Judgment was given for the amount claimed, with costs. Elizabeth Barton v.,(J. S. Barton.—Claim £15 16s, on a judgment summons, —Mr J. Macgregor appeared for defendant.—After evi deuce had been taken, the case was dismissed
