RITA-RADCLIFF CONOtRT.

The last of the scries of Ancerts given by Madame Paulino Rita and Mr Badcllfl during their short visit to Dunedin took place last evening, and the Garrison Halljwas again well filled by an enthusiastic audience. Madamo Eila was in excellent voice, and delighted all with her sweet voice and hi {hly-flnlahed vocalisation. In addition to the two favourite songs given by her at piovlous oncerta—"The bird that came In Spring," and " Lo, hear the gentle lark" she sing for the first time M. Leon Caron's melodious composition, "The child and the skylark." It roaombloa in aoma degrto Bishop's and Benedict's tongs, in the ekillul blending of the voice and instruments, and the clobo Imitation of the bird's song, but it is less co-flex in charactor, and affords better opportunity of hearing Madame Rita's lower notes, which are full and clear. Inresponso tn an encore Madame Rita sang Gounod's " Ave Maria" with even greater success than on the first occasion. Mr Radciifl'a discourse about flutes and on Hut°s was as amusing and delightful as ever, aid the fantasiaß on Irish and Scotch airs wore warm'y applauded. M!s» Jennie West acted aa accompanist, and played several solos, which woro warmly applauded; and Mr Fox'b ballads proved equally acceptable. Tho piano used at thofo concerts was a grand by Boclistolp, specially Imported by Charles Begg and Co. for concert purposes.
