SALE OF PROPERTY.
The Perpetual Trustees, Estate, and Agency Company offered for s^!e at the Chamber of Commarca yesterday aftsrnoon sections 60, G!, and 62, bl ck V, High street. Dunedlo; also section 69, block XXXVII, Duoedia. None of the properties were diapoted of. Sect:on 60 was bought in at £350, and section 01 at £7CO. There were no otters at all for the other sections.
Messrs T. Kennedy MaeDonald and Co. held an extensive property sale in their rooms, Wei ington, on Friday last The principal properties offered were the Hao&wa Ran, o! 12,000 acres, with SCOO sheep and SCO cattle, which wa3 sold to Mr George Dixon for £33.500; aud section 824, Whereama, adjoining tho Manawa Kua, slio acres, which was purchased by Jir Jacob Joseph for £550. The other properties Bold brought up the total amount revised at the sale to £26.990 9i Id. * •
