Syhnky, Vobruary W. (luiuelral February 2i, at 1.20 p ra.) Mr U. H. fold, Minister of Education, who is seeking re-election, addressed a meeting of tho electors last evening. The gathering was very disorderly, and the meeting broke up in contusion.
