SALE of about 106,000 acres of Crown Lands in the North Island, divided into Town, Village, Settlement, Agricultural Deterred Payments, Pastoral Deferred Payments, and Cash-Payment Sections, as under:— ■ ■ On tho 4th December, 1882, 2110 acres of Agricultural Land in the Waimata and other blocks on the East Coast will bo open for application, on deterred payments, at Auckland and Gkborne, al prices from £1 to £1103 per acre.
