Such designs to bo in accordance with conditions which will be supplied on application. A Premium of FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS will be given for the design which is selected and approved by the judges, who will be engineers of good standing. Plans of tho present Harbour, the Roadstead, and Bay, which have been prepared for the purpose, and which will be accompanied with all necessary data, will be supplied on application to tho Engineer to the Board at Napier.
