NOTICE TO CORRESPONDENTS.
The letter Of "A Storekeeper" contains a number of charges against an individual which it appears to us ought to be made to his superior officer, who could then institute inquiry before the charges were made public. If the facts are as stated, there certainly seems fair ground of complaint; and if our correspondent fiila to ob'aln the desired result in the way we have indicated, it will be time enough then to appeal to tho public Press.
