The total births in above borcughs amounted to 433, against 446 in June, being a decrease o! 13. The deathß amounttd to 164 in July, being a decrease of 70 on the numbers in June- Of the above deaths maUs contributed 90, females 75. Seventy of the deaths were of children ucder five years of age, rieirg flo'3o per cent, of the whole num'ner.' Forty cf these were of children under one year of age. ___„_______
