Albany, March 4th.; The P. and O.s steamship Bokhara, with the inward Suez mail, has arrived in King George's Sound en route for Adelaide.

Melbournk, March 4th. In the Legislative Assembly last night the bill introduced by the Hon. Graham Berry for the reform of the Constitution waa read a second time, without division. Mr Murray Smith then moved that a conference of the two Houses should be held to agree, if possible, to a compromise on the measure. Mr Berry objected to the proposal at the present time, and denounced it as unconstitutional and unprecedented. Sir John O'Shanassy and Messrs David Gaunson and Wrixon supported the motion, but the debate was finally adjourned to the next sitting. ■-~.
