Chapman appeared for the plaintiff, for whom judsrment was given, with costs. ■• - : Haig, Bramwell, and Co. v. William Wilson.—Claim £21 lGs 4d.—Jlr A. Bathgate appeared for the plaintiffs.—Judgment was given for the plaintiffs. E. Williams v. H. C.= Bennett.—Claim £i:—Judgment was given for the defendant.
In the following cases the defendants did not appear, and-judgment wis given for the plaintiffs, with costs:—Charles Cooper v. Robert Henderson £7 10s; W. and G. Turnbull and Co. v. H. Wra^ge £05 4s 7d; James Duff v. Henry Payne, £7 12s 9d.
