Frithey, LlO 12s 6d for goods supplied; Butter worth Bros. v. Whelan, L 5503 3d on'a dishonoured promissory note; J, T. Kempson v. John Jordan, 3s 6d for goods supplied. - John Mulrooney y; Henry Macdonell.^Claim Ll4 6s 7d, for goods supplied,-^-The defendant admitted the debt, and asked to be allowed to liquidate it by instalments of 103 a week.—Judgment was given accordingly, ■r™al? ea Newey"y. Thomas Granger.—Claim L 39 17s 9d, for work done.—Mr Macgregor appeared for .the plaintiff and Mr Dennißton for the defendant, who put in a set-off for Ll2 4s 3d.—Plaintiff admitted the set-off and receiving L 8 or L 9.— Judgment wos given for the plaintiff for L 3 183 9d, and-coßts. ■ ; . : . Edward Tanner..v., James Beattie. -Claim L 5 for work done.—Mr JMacgregor appeared for the piamtiffj and Mr MacDermott fortthe defendant.—The plaintiff, a surveyorj stated that some time agov;he made a survey of the defendant s land to ascertain its proper boundary. After witness had made out a plan the defendant wanted'to have the boundary line extended 17£ links outwards. This witness refused to do,-.and the defeh'dant refused to pay him. Witness' survey was a correct one, for he-went over, the' land twice.—The defence was that the plan wW inaccurate. —The defendantstated that the" plaintiff agreed to charge nothing if his plan was not correstl^-The plaintiff was .nonsuited. : :
