On Marili 20th at tba Waste Lands Board Office, MrK.B. Martin, Governineutuuct:one*r, offered ths lenses for 10 yfars of :t number of runs by auction. In regard to both the last mentioned runs, Mr Driver objected to the bid of Mr Mervyn being taken, alleging that he whs a defaulter, with whom the auctioneer might deal according to the condition which stated "itwil be optional with the auctioneer to refu-e to accept the bid of such defaulter for the nm in question."
