SALE OF EDUCATION RESERVES.
Mr R. B. Martin, under instructions from the School CominUsioner.-, offered for eale by auction, at the tcbo lhouse, Wyndham, on the 2-Sth ult., the le.ve of several educational reserves, Bitnited on the cast side of the Mataura River, for ii term of 11 years :— Section 14, block I, Waikawa, containing 90 acres, and section 1, block 111, Tui-U'oia, containing 270 acre.3, wore pas-ed in. Section 1, block VH, Toi-Tois, containing S8 acrts, real'sed 4s 9>l per acre per annum, the purchaser being Mr Kidd. Section 1, block VIII, Toi-Tois, containing 130 ajres, was also sold to Mr Kidd, at 4s Gd per acre per annum. Section 2, bl.ck IT, Wyndham, containing 190 acrea, was sol 1 to Mr M'Kay at 9s per acre Section 1, block "V, containing 134 acres, and section 1, block VI, Wyndharu, were sold to MeEsrs Cargill and Anderson at 2* Od per acre per annum. The land U said to be of first-class quality for agricultural pr.ri'oafs, continuing zol(1 tlope?. Mid being bounded by ir.elis.
