SALE OF RUNS.

Yesterdiy at the Waste Lands Board Office, Mr E. 13. Martin, Government auctioneer, offered the leases for 10 years of a number of runs by auelion. There was aa attendance of about 30 gdfctlemen, mainly ruuholders aud stack and station agents. Before the sale was begun, Mr Martin stated that present improvement s on the runs to be ottered would be valued one month before pns-iession to the incoming tenant was given, which would be on the lit April, 1880.
