New Zealand Hardware Co. v. Eobert Meldrum.— Claim, £26 16s, on a dishonoured bill.—Mr Brest appeared for plaintiffs, for whom judgment was given (or the amount claimed, by default. Henry Scott v. Kste Walker.—Claim, £4 9s, for the hire of a carriage.—Defendant did not appear, but his Worship dismissed the case, saying that it was one in which the plaintiff could Dot recover.
