Mr Bathgate for the plaintiff and Mr Sinclair for the defence. The plaintiff's case was concluded when the matter was before the Court on ■»' former occasion, ihe defence was now proceeded with, and several witnesses, including Messrs Mirams and Barnes, ware examined on behalf of the defendants.
