Corporation of Dunedin.Claim of Xißo, damage alleged to have been done to plamtifis ; sectiona at the corner of Union and Forth: streets, in consequence of their being .flooded by the action o! the defendants in filling up. an old branch of the Water of Leith river. Mr Bathgate for the plaintiff and Mr Sinclair for the defence. The plaintiff's case was concluded when the matter was before the Court on ■»' former occasion, ihe defence was now proceeded with, and several witnesses, including Messrs Mirams and Barnes, ware examined on behalf of the defendants. The case was not concluded when the Court adjourned. .............
