Mr Elder, •of Adelaide, and a full sister to Dukedom, a 'horse of first-class reputation as a racer. It would be difficult to improve on this importation as a whole, bearing in mind the purpose ior which it has been selected—viz., the stud— -sb the mares are oi the most fashionable strains of blood, young, and with constitutions uninjured by a long course of severe training.
