W. and G. Turubull v. Eobert Ryan.—Claim of Ll:> 13s od. Mr Kettle appeared for the plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff by default, with costs.
„ Joseph Mitchell v. Robert Itennie.— Claim of Lo 13s Id, for goods supplied and work done. Mr Lewis for the plaintiff. Defendant admitted only L 4 17s Id, for which judgment was given, with costs. T>. JM. Spedding v. Walter Taylor.—Claim of Tj-15 17s Gd on a dishonourer' acceptance. Mr Buchanan appeared for the plaintiff. Judgment was given for the plaintiff by default, with costs.
