The designs to bs delivered addressed to the Town Clerk, at the City Council Chambers, Dunedin, by Noon of the Ist day of June, 1877. The premiums offered are:—For the first approved design, £200; for the second, £100 ; and for the third, £50. The first and second premiated designs to become the property of the Council.
