To the District Land Officer at Naseby. I HEREBY GIVE ISOTICE, that I intend to construct a Water Race, for farm and domestic purposes, commencing at a point in Sowburn Creek, and passing through Crown lands and Dictions 1 and 2, block 1., Upper Tdieri Survey District, owned by William Hall and James Hcrlihey respectively, and terminating in section 3 of said survey district, occupied by me. The length of such water race is 3} miles or thereabouts, and its intended course is about south and north. The mean depth and breadth of such water race is 12in. x 30in., and is capablo of carrying four heads of water, three heads to be taken from Sowbum Creek, and one head from a. spring about 160 yards from head of race.
