TENDERS will be received at the office of the Board until noon of TUESDAY, 15th FEBRUARY, 1870, for Contract No. 3, Erection of 2220 feet of now Wharfage; also, Erection of Additional Row of Piling, Decking, &c, to 500 feet of Croß3 Wharf. Plans, specifications, and further information may be seen and obtained at tho Enginsor's office. The Board are willing to receive alternative tenders for constructing the above new wharfage in concrete. In accordance with areso'ntionof the Board, tenderers will prepare their own plans and specifications and submit them for the approval of tho Board, and will be required to guarantee the sufficiency of thoir work for a period of three years from date of completion. Tenderers will forward with their tenders a deposit equal to one por cent, on the amount of their tender— to bo forfeited in case of failure in taking up contract if accepted.
