Elegaut boats are run from Montreal to Qaehec, says a Sau Francisco paper, at rates absolutely next to nothing. The distance is about ISO miles, and over .this length, for one dollar, a passenger is sent, a supper is given, and a state-room as far as the numbers hold out. Deck passage between these two localities is only 25 cents. This is cheaper than staying at home.
