An advocate in a murder case at Moscow has caused muclx discmsion by making an impassioned harangue against liis client. A new trial has been npved for in consequence of this ii regularity. Prince Louis Napoleon, who will complete his studies at Woolwich Academy in February next, stands, it is stated, at present eleventh in the first class. He has not yet decided upon the course he will take upon leaving th i institution.
