A decision respecting the quarantined ship Margaret Galbraith was arrived at yesterday, when the Board of Health met.- It was good under the circumstances, and simply amounts to the removal of the whole of the immigrants to the Quarantine Island, where they are to remain for a day or two to wash clothes and be "generally purified. The ship is also to be cleaned and fumigated, and then will be admitted to pratique. Weather permitting, the immigrants will be transf erred to the island to-day.
