A PPLTCATIONS are invited by the -C3L Colonial Bank of New Zealand for the whole or part of the first issue of the Otago Harbour Board Debentures, amounting to £20,000. The Debentures will be issued for£loO each, andwill bear interest at the rate of C per cent per annum, principal and interest being payable at the option of applicants either in London, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, or Dunedin.
