NOTICE. ; In consequence of an agveement enteved into after a Meeting of tho Shareholders of this Bank, held in London,-on the 19th May ultimo, I have arranged to baud over^ on TUESDAY, the lst JULY INSTANT, the whole of its business in this Colony to the NATIONAL BANK OF NEW ZEALAND (LIMITED), whicli Bank will in future carry oa business in the several premises hitherto made use of by the Bank of Otago for Banking purposes. On aud after the first instant no new business will be taken by the Bank of Otago, but it will continue to be represented at ite several Branches, as long as found necessary, merely for the purpose of completing the transfer to the National Bank.
