PROPOSED BYE-LAW, Number XL, published for general information, under the provision! of Section Wi of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1807"—a Bye-law to provide for the Attention of dangerous or defective chimneys which may have been constructed without violation of law. In pursuance of the powers and provisions contain oil in Section 181, Part XIII. of ''The Municipal Corporations Act, 18t!7," the Council of the City of Dttnedin ordain us follows—that is to Kay :— Sub-division 4, Part V., of the 13th Schedule to the said Act is hereby adopted in and for tho said City of Dnnedin, and for and on behalf of the Corporation of the City of I>unedin. /Notice i.s H'kkeiiy Oivbj*, that the above Draft Bye-law.
