D&uxkenhkss. — William Brown and Henry Marsh, were each lined 20s, and John Brady, 10a, each with the alternative of being imprisoned for two days. Larcbxv.— Thonuur Whito> convicted thief, was charged with, stealing 33Ibs o£ pig iron. Detective Farrell found tie iron in
possession of the accused, and it appears ifr had been stolen from the jetty. Accused was sentenced to 5 months and 21 days' imprisonment.
Byk&aw Cask.—Joshua Soloman, for hawking jewellery without a license,, was fined .2s 6d and costs.
