MASSEY, Town Clerk. 20th January, 1871. a CITY OF DUNEDIN. — Notice is Hereby Given, that the Assessment for the year 1871. of all buildings, lands, tenements, and hereditaments within the City, has been submitted to the CityCouncil and allowed ; that the same is deposited at the office of the undersigned, City Council Chambers, Princes street, and may be daily inspected between the hours of IO a.m. and 4 p.m. by any person interested therein. • Further, that any appeals against the assessment may.be lodged at the Council Chambers (where blank forms may he had) on or before the 6th day of February, 1871; and a copy of each notice of appeal must be delivered by the appellant to the Clerk of the Res', dent Magistrate's Couct, Dnnedin, six clear days before the day of hearing.
