THE HIGH SCHOOL.

The usual quarterly examination for boys wishing to enter the High School, took place on Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. There were altogether 33 appli- ■ •.: cants, of whom only 20 succeeded in Hi passing to the satisfaction of the Exan-' miners.
