—Thomas Griffen was fined 20s, with the alternative of going to gaol for three days.. Richard Mills and Sophia Austin were each fined! L 5, with the alternative of 14 days* imprisonment; and the latter was, upon the charge of being an habitual drunkard, sentenced to a further term of three months' imprisonment.
BvekLaws.—Robert Braid was fined 2s 6d, for aUowing his horse to depasture upon the South Recreation Ground.
