That Block of Land, being the Reserve between Jetty and Liverpool streets,, in which stand the Post Office Buildings, the Stone Stoves lately occupied by Messrs. M'Callnm, Neill, and Co., and the Stone Stores and other offices lately occupied by Mr W. H. Reynolds. Ths Block has a frontage of 173 feet 9 inches to Princes and Bond streets, and 151 feet to Jetty and Liverpool streets. The Block has been divided into sections, and lithographic plans can be had by applying to the Auctioneers. The Auctioneers, in draAving attention to the above Important Sale of Freehold City Property, need only icmark that its central and commanding position renders it the most valuable piece of land that can now lie acquired within the City, and will afford to merchants and others, the only opportunity which they aare likely to possess of securing suitable business sites.
