LATEST NEWS FROM AUSTRALIA^ An extraordinary occurred at Sydney, on the^ morning of the 15th instant. An earthquake wave entered the harbor, and the, water rose rapidly four feet, ultimately subsiding with great rapidity. . The steam ferry boat was dragged from the wharfy snapping three warps, and doing other damage. One of the steamers in the harbor was completely stopped, and turned violently round.
