The township of Clyde, consisting of about 600 town sections. This township will be sold by public auction, and offers unusual advantages for Investment. It ifi situate on the Wairoa, a river navigable for many oiiles from its month, with a back country, containing large blocks of rich agricultural land, tad also an extenriva pastoral district. Ihe Provinriol Government have about two hundred thousand acres in this district to open up for settlement; tbe whole of this country is st present unoccupied and will be offered to public competition. 2nd, Suburban land adjoining the township of Clyde. This district will be laid out In lots of from ten Xo sixty ceres, nnd is nearly a'l rich agricultural land, a great deal of it abutting on the Wairoa River. It will be disposed of by public auction. 3rd. Agricultural land, adjoining the suburban land at the Wairoa, and Mahia, and in different parts of the Wairoa and adjacent districts. There is a large extent of really fine agricultural lard to be brought Into the market from time to time, as demand for it occurs. This land will be surveyed and laid cnt iv Bectlona eultable for the occupation o\ agricultural settlers, and will be Bold to the first applicant at one pound per acre. Land for commonage will be reserved ndjaccnt to each block of tgricultura land, for fourteen years, equal in extent to tbe quantity of land sold or offered for eale. i 4th. Pastoral land, about (120,000) one hundrel and twenty thousand -acres of land suitable for sheep runs, situate in Walroa and adjacent districts, will be divided into blocks not exceeding in any case ten thousand acrec, and be leased by public auction for fourteen yeais to tbe highest bidder.
